sunkisses.co.uk only take payments over the internet via PayPal. This is a SSL (secure socket layer) service giving you pease of mind that your card details are safe. We will not request any payment information whatsoever via email. If there are any problems with your payment or order we will contact you via telephone or email.

Pricing:

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. sunkisses.co.uk is not VAT registered so there are no additional costs the price displayed. We reserve the right to amend prices. If a pricing error should occur we will contact you with the correct price to confirm your purchase.

Returns Policy:

Sunkisses are confident that all our products are of the highest quality but if you are unhappy in any way with the goods you ordered simply return these to us for a replacement or full refund.

Please telephone or email us within 14 days of receipt to advise us of any problems you may have with a product. If you then return the product unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase, we will refund you the cost of the product as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. All you will have to pay for is the return postage.

If you have to return an item due to a fault then we will gladly cover the cost of postage. Please email us and we will advise you on how to return the parcel.

For your own protection, we will require you to obtain proof of posting at your post office as we are unable to accept responsibility for returned goods we do not receive.

Please note returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging without damage for a refund to be given.

Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your agreement to purchase, but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account within seven days.

HOWEVER, we may have delivered (or dispatched) the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so.
